Being of low thermal mass their heat transference is exceptional and being resistant to moisture they do not suffer moisture ingress associated with mineral insulated heating elements. Almost limitless range of shapes and sizes available. Adhesive backing for fast and secure installation. Other fixings like hooks and springs, buckles, straps, velcro and magnetic backings available.

We can offer a variety of Silicone Heater fixing options which can be tailored to customer application. Standard termination is via single leads of multi-core silicone cables. These can be terminated with connectors by major manufacturers as AMP and MOLEX.

Quick installation and setup

In order to make installing Starkice Polarpad easier, we have developed innovative fastening mechanisms for fastening the product on metal surfaces. With Starkice Mag brackets, you can install the elements in exactly the correct place, after which you simply lock the Starkice Mag bracket in place with a special key. No drilling or welding required.
